We are a nurse-owned home care agency dedicated to excellence in all that we do. Serving the communities of Alameda County, we provide in-home care that preserves our clients' dignity and independence within their familiar surroundings, offering an alternative to institutional settings.
In 1998, Melissa Neylan, LVN, reached a pinnacle in her 25-year nursing career as the director of a large senior facility in the East Bay. This role gave her a unique perspective on the need for quality care across various settings. Driven by her passion, Melissa embarked on a mission to expand care options within the home environment.
Given the opportunity to expand the company and establish a home care division, she eagerly embraced it. With her experience and determination to help others, Melissa established her own home care business, taking the significant step into self-employment. Melissa founded HomeAide Home Care, Inc. on the principle that every customer deserves dignity and respect, understanding that choosing home care is a difficult decision and requires addressing each customer's unique needs with care and consideration.
Over a decade later, HomeAide Home Care, Inc. continues to operate on these foundational principles. As a family-owned and operated company, we strive to provide the highest quality care for seniors living in their own homes or with family members. Looking ahead to the next ten years, we remain committed to upholding the same standards of service that our clients depend on.
